Hi All,

We are ecstatic to announce three nights of Italian immersion in partnership with our friend Cristian Brasini - Italian wine expert and owner of Enoteca La Dolce Vita in Montepulciano, Tuscany. On Tuesday- 2/23 - Cristian and I will go head-to-head with wine pairings from around the world versus old school Italian benchmarks paired with a crazy fusion small bites menu from executive chef Ryan Smith. On Wednesday - 2/24 - we welcome winemaker Marco Barbi of Felsina (and Cristian's good friend) for another installment of our Meet The Winemaker Series. Finally, on Friday - 2/26 - we host a very intimate event that will take us on a tour of Italy, featuring wines form all of the great regions paired with a special truffle inspired menu.  Its a truly unique week in our history showcasing the quality and depth of Italian wines and food.

Additionally, for those of you struggling to find space in one of our award winning wine classes, more than 20 new classes have been scheduled between February and March and we encourage you to act fast with your booking!

Join executive chef Ryan Smith and Montepulciano native and Italian wine expert Cristian Brasini for an exploration of the diversity and beauty of Italian wine and food.   Cristian - who is the owner and proprietor of Enoteca La Dolce Vita in the town of Montepulciano - is bringing some of his most favorite wines from throughout the boot.   It's a cant miss intimate affair.
