The 40yd dash is the evaluation tool that college and pro scouts/coaches use to measure speed. If you plan to attend the spring/summer camps, showcases and combines, you need to be prepared to run the 40.
The Perfect 40 yd dash clinic will teach you how to run the 40 with efficiency and power as well as teach proper stance and start technique.
