5 out of 5 starsThese peppermint marshmallows are fantastic! Fluffy with sublime flavor. I use them with peppermint hot chocolate (yes, I know it’s April and I don’t care!). I pour the chocolate over the marshmallow and wait a few moments as the marshmallow becomes a creamy layer of goodness. Keep up the good work!

Frequently asked questions
Sizing & packaging details
Q: How big are your marshmallows?
A: Enormous. Each marshmallow is about 1.5-1.75" cubed. All of our marshmallows are lovingly made and cut by hand, so slight size irregularities are to be expected. Also, depending on the flavor, some marshmallows will be fluffier than others (though all equally delicious!).
Q: How are your marshmallows packaged?
A: All standard orders of 1-dozen marshmallows are packaged in an airtight bag inside a clear decorative box. Other items, including marshmallows in special shapes, marshmallow pops, etc. generally come in bags but you can convo us for specific details.
Big events, weddings, showers, parties!
Q: How far in advance should I order for an event?
A: You can order as far in advance as you'd like - we often accept orders months ahead of time. Because we accept orders on a first-come first-served basis, if you have a firm deadline it's recommended that you reserve those dates early so we can add you to the calendar and you will have priority. At least one month lead time is recommended for this type of order, but the earlier the better. If you are closer than one month to your deadline, Convo us to discuss our availability. Don't worry - when you order early, we wait until just before your event date to make your Sweet Jumbles marshmallows so they will be very fresh!
Care instructions
Q: Do Sweet Jumbles marshmallows need to be refrigerated?
A: Not unless it's really hot in your house!
Q: Can I freeze Sweet Jumbles marshmallows?
A: You can. They thaw quickly and are just about as good as new. Of course we don't understand how you can resist eating them all at once... ;)
Q: How should I store my marshmallows and how long will they last?
A: Our Marshmallows should last over a month (a few flavors are set at 3 weeks, contact us for details). Once opened, Sweet Jumbles marshmallows should be stored in a dry, airtight container or bag at room temperature.
Shipping Part 1
Q: Why is shipping so expensive?
A: If shipping seems high, message us with your order details & zip code and we'll manually calculate shipping. We automatically refund over-charges on all orders, but can also create a listing for you at the correct price. If you live locally and would like to arrange to pick them up let us know.
Q: Do marshmallows melt in transit?
A: Cold Packs are available as an add-on item and are recommended if temps are in the high 80s+, especially for chocolate covered mallows. If you opt out of thermal packaging we cannot be responsible for any softening and we cannot issue a refund. There is no health safety issue with eating melty-mallows.
Shipping Part 2
Q: How long does it take to ship my order?
A: The shipping & policies tab on each item lists the turnaround time, which can vary depending on the time of year.
Q: How long will it take to get my order once it ships?
A: All marshmallows are shipped via USPS Priority Mail. This takes 1-3 days under the best circumstances, but USPS does not guarantee a delivery date.
Q: Help - I need my order quickly!
A: At times we are able to rush orders, depending on other orders already placed. If we are able to rush your order we will create a special listing. There is a surcharge of $3/dozen for doing this. This does NOT speed up time in transit - contact us to discuss expedited production.
Nutrition
Q: Are your marshmallows vegan/vegetarian?
A: No. A primary ingredient in all marshmallows (whether Sweet Jumbles or otherwise) is gelatin.
Q: What about allergies?
A: Our marshmallows are made in a facility where there are nuts and wheat products. Our marshmallows are all egg- and gluten-free. Most marshmallows are dairy free, with the exception of Dulce de Leche, Salted Caramel, and those with some toppings (chocolate dipped, peanut butter drizzle, white chocolate drizzle).
Q: What about nutrition?
A: Sweet Jumbles marshmallows are not nutritious. No high fructose corn syrup (except: Raspberry, Cherry-Raspberry, PB&J, and Salted Caramel flavors), No preservatives.
Mix & Match / Coupons
Q: Do you have a sampler/variety pack?
A: Yes, please check our shop for the Variety Pack. If it is not listed it may not be available at the moment.

Recipes
Q: Can Sweet Jumbles Marshmallows be used in recipes?
A: Often, yes. Where a recipe calls for marshmallows it's great fun to use Sweet Jumbles as a substitute. Sometimes the quantities are different, though, so you have to be willing to experiment.
We also provide our own already-tested recipes, which can be found here: https://sweetjumbles.com/category/sweet-jumbles-marshmallow-series/
Wholesale availability
Q: Do you sell wholesale?
A: Yes - Buy six dozen of a single flavor for the price of five!
