Friday's Friend! Cat Adoption, PetConnect Rescue

My friend "Cat Lady" came by this week with a most pawsomely adorable kitten for you to meet!  A beautiful girl is Madelyn!

Madelyn is a meowly beautiful 12-week-old tortie kitten! She is a sweet girl with a pawsome purr motor!  She is a bit reserved with meeting new humans, meowingly, she is learning to gain trust!

Madelyn loves playing with kitty toys, climbing cat towers and playing with her wand toy!

Madelyn loves other kitties and prefers to go to a home with a resident young cat or to be paired up with one of PetConnect Rescue's other singleton kittens!

Madelyn will do best in a quiet home with humans who have cat experience and enjoy the qualities that a tortie can possess. Once she is comfortable with her home, she will share her purr motor! She will not be good in a home with mini-humans.

Madelyn would pawsitively LOVE to be adopted by a human with a kind heart and the patience to keep bringing her out of her shell.

Madelyn is up to date on appropriate vaccines and dewormings!

A note from PetConnect Rescue: The adoption fee for this kitten is $135, which helps with the cost of routine vet care. The fee DOES NOT INCLUDE spay/neuter if the kitten is not already spayed/neutered. If the animal you are adopting is not already spayed/neutered, you will be required to sign a contract legally obligating you to have the animal altered. A $100 spay/neuter deposit is collected to help ensure that the procedure gets done in a timely manner.

Please note that cats adopted through PetConnect Rescue must be indoor only, and may not be declawed (unless already declawed at the time of rescue).

Meowingly, the first step in PetConnect Rescue's approving adoption applicants is to complete a vet check. Vetting of current and past pets is very important so they we will be speaking with the vet(s) listed on your application to ensure that your current and previous pet(s) are kept up to date on vaccines (including rabies), spayed or neutered and examined annually by your vet.
