Dawn Faudere (USA)
Operations Supervisor, Johnson County Emergency Communications (Olathe, Kansas)

Dawn has been a paramedic for 20 years. She has worked at Johnson County for 18 years.

Last year, she attended the NAVIGATOR Research Workshop in New Orleans, Louisiana. As a result, she has been studying the implications of using pre-alerts for medical calls and will be presenting a research poster at NAVIGATOR 2018 in Las Vegas, Nevada (USA).
Rich Lindfors (USA)
Total Quality Improvement Manager, Richmond Ambulance Authority (Richmond, Virginia)

Rich has worked in high performance EMS systems nearly his entire adult life. He is currently a paramedic and system status controller at Richmond.

He describes participating in last year's Research Workshop as a pivotal moment in his career. He took the research lead on a study that compares EMD's selection of the Sick Person Chief Complaint Protocol with EMS on-scene findings. In April, he will be presenting his first research poster at NAVIGATOR 2018 in Las Vegas, Nevada (USA) on this study.
