Kiss Me First follows Leila (Tallulah Haddon, Taboo) as she stumbles across Red Pill, a secret paradise, hidden on the edges of her favourite game.

In the image above, we get our first glimpse of Leila's virtual avatar, called Shadowfax.

Inside the VR paradise, Leila meets Tess (Simona Brown, The Night Manager), who's everything that Leila is not: hedonistic, impulsive and insatiable. So when Tess turns up in Leila's real life uninvited, Leila's world is forever changed.

But Leila's real journey begins when she starts to suspect maybe the hidden sanctuary isn't the digital Eden its creator, Adrian, claims it to be.

The six-part series will also be available on Netflix outside of the UK.

Since co-creating E4's Skins with son Jamie Brittain in 2007, Elsley also devised the series Dates for Channel 4 in 2013. His latest project was originally announced in January 2016.
