How do I get my access/promotional code?

You should have received an email from us with your cabin's access code. If you did not receive this, please email us at reservations@monstersofrockcruise.com.

Why is my code not working?

Please check with your roommate(s) to see if they registered you for this Pre-Party already. If your roommates have not claimed your ticket yet, to receive your code, please contact us at: reservations@monstersofrockcruise.com.

Why does it say SOLD OUT, I thought this was free for all guests?

The venue is limited in size and all tickets are on a first-come, first-served basis. Please claim your tickets as soon as possible.

Are there ID requirements or an age limit to enter the event?

All ages are welcome. Please present your photo ID.

Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?

Yes, please print your ticket and present it at the door for entry.

What is the refund policy?

Tickets are non-refundable/non-transferrable.

I'm not a cruiser, can I buy a ticket?

Tickets may be available to the General Public for $30 CASH ONLY at the door, however, tickets are limited.
