Artz teaches techniques and possibilities to use as an intro or to use as a challenge. The techniques are collage with acrylics and everyone will enjoy learning something new and discovering deeper levels of self- knowledge. During the class there is inductive music and connecting talk; we work on soul aspects. In class we focus on one quality working in a soothing, serene, relaxing, and supportive atmosphere that promotes stress reduction and an overall experience of well-being.
