The meeting venue is at Sogetsu Hall, Akasaka, Tokyo. The venue is about a five minute walk from the conference hotel, Hotel Monterey Akasaka.

The Interoperability Test Event and Developers Forum will take place on our usual schedule beginning Monday morning and going through Wednesday noon. The Conference will begin Wednesday after lunch and run through Friday mid-afternoon. There will be some special introductory sessions on CalConnect and calendaring standards currently planned for Monday, and some presentations from JEDC (Japan Event Data Consortium) probably on Wednesday afternoon.
We will be posting detailed schedules and agendas on the event web page once they are available, and expect that they may evolve over time.
