Be Consistent!
Post regularly. Daily and even multiple times daily is recommended. Don't just generate noise, but make sure you post more often than twice a year to remind people to change their clocks.

Link To Your Website - Not Zillow. Not Your Brokerage.
Every post you make is a chance to drive traffic, so be sure to link to YOUR website whenever possible. It's alarming to see SO many agents posting links to their listings on Zillow instead of their own website -- essentially doing Zillow's work for them.

Ask For Help
It's social media. Be more social! Ask your friends and family personally to like your page and posts. Tap other local business partners for support by liking their posts. Start a coffee club and encourage every to be 'like partners' so that everyone can benefit.

Don't Get Discouraged
Seeing returns from your time online can take time and effort; these days it involves much more than just having a website running on auto-pilot. Your site needs to be active with fresh content to speak clearly about WHY you are the agent for your prospective client, and it needs to work in sync with your other online strategies.
