Kelly Ripa pays tribute to All My Children star David Canary following his death at 77
Kelly Ripa has paid a touching tribute to her former All My Children co-star David Canary.
His family confirmed on Tuesday that the actor had died of natural causes on November 16, aged 77.
Kelly posted a picture to Instagram with the Emmy-Award winner - who played twins Adam and Stuart Chandler on the daytime soap for nearly three decades.

Captioning the snap, the Live! With Kelly and Michael host wrote: 'Rip to a man who was as kind as he was talented. He treated everyone around him like the most important person in the world. So lucky to know David Canary.'
Kelly, who played Hayley Vaughan for over 12 years, was one of a number of stars, including Sarah Michelle Geller and Andy Cohen who also expressed their grief.
Sarah, who also starred on the show before she rose to fame in Buffy the Vampire Slayer, tweeted: '#rip #DavidCanary You were the epitome of class. It was a joy and an honor to call you a colleague. #AllMyChildren'

Canary passed away at an assisted living facility in Wilton, Conn., after retiring from acting in 2010.
However, he did make a brief return to the soap in 2011 in the run up to the show's emotional finale.
The longtime cast member played baddie Adam Chandler - the powerful head of the family that lived in fictional Pine Valley.

But he also played twin brother Stuart Chandler, who was angelic, and the only one who could restrain his bad boy brother.
He won praise for his portrayal of the twins who completely differed in character, picking up five Daytime Emmys for his dual roles - and was nominated many more times.
The actor was also well-known from Bonanza, playing foreman Curly Canaday from 1967-73.
Canary was born in Elwood, Ind., but grew up in Massillon, Ohio and is survived by his wife, Maureen; son Christopher; daughter Kathryn; a grandson; and his brother John.
