25 Seeds

From the same owner and chef of Cafe Fleur, 25 Seeds is a farm-to-table concept restaurant set on the Dycaico Ancestral House. He serves reinvented Filipino dishes to his customers such as miso-rubbed pampano, spicy prawn with coconut vermicelli, and crispy duck adobo with pinakbet.

Spanglish, as their name suggests, serves Tex-Mex cuisine as playful and colorful as the interiors of the space. Stand-outs on their menu include the Pacquitos and Wet Burrito.

Everybody’s Cafe

Everbody’s Cafe is a homegrown, cafeteria-style diner known for exotic dishes like betute (frogs) and camaru (crickets). They have several branches in Pampanga but their main branch which is actually one of the longest running restaurants in the province, is located in San Fernando.

L.A. Bakeshop – San Fernando

From a simple bakery at the San Fernando public market in 1985, L.A. Bakeshop has grown popular for its freshly-baked Cheese bread and Spanish bread that is best paired with a hot cup of Tsoko Batirol or Kapeng Barako. Recommended meals that you should also try are the Coco’s Special Fried Rice and Pancit Maya.

The Souq Pampanga – Lazatin Boulevard

SOUQ, which is Arabic for marketplace, houses a number of food vendors that serve different specialties such as the Pritong Adobo, Fire Cracker Belly, Seafood Platter in Aligue Sauce (crab fat) and the caramel-filled Palitaw. It is also a place for furniture finds.

Denlim’s Kitchen

Denlim’s Kitchen is a private dining kitchen located at Chef Dennis Lim’s home. He serves a 7-course degustation of home-cooked dishes that he has perfected and tweaks from time to time over the years. Since he can only accommodate around 24 guests per night, reservations are strictly required.

Downtown Cafe is the laid back casual sister of the original Bale Dutung restaurant by Claude and Mary Ann Tayag.
