LIVE PAIN FREE - E-ZINE
Hi

It's my life's mission to help as many people as possible get out of pain, so they can lead a more productive, fulfilling and happy life.

In this weekly e-zine, I will be giving you free hints and tips based on what has worked in my professional experience which spans more than two decades. I hope you find it useful.

Lower Back Pain and Atlas Subluxation Complex
“Most Lower Back Pain and Atlas Subluxation Complex patients present with multiple muscle imbalances, early exposure and/or exposure by under-skilled exercise professionals is likely to both exacerbate muscle imbalance syndromes and elevate the risk of further injury, while at the same time facilitating faulty motor pathways!

For this reason, assistance from a skilled physical therapist or CHEK trained practitioner is recommended.” Paul Chek, Scientific Balance Training.

"I no longer suffer from repeated neck pain"
Following a repeated history of shoulder and neck pain for a couple of years I was diagnosed with spinal stenoses C4/5, C5/6 and C6/7. I was extremely tender over the neck and trapezius muscles bilaterally and I suffered from severe neck pain continuously.

I approached Leigh Brandon who advised me that a thorough evaluation was necessary to determine the causes. An exercise program was specifically tailored following a thorough physical assessment to improve my stability and strength.

I am much stronger and more flexible than I have ever been and no longer suffer from repeated neck pain.
