Mini Mozzarella Chicks with Farm Box Tomatoes
How to make Mozzarella Chicks & Cherry Tomato Skewers
mini-mozzarella
curry powder

black sesame, chia or clove
grape or cherry tomatoes
Marinate the mozzarella in a 1:3 curry-water mixture for about an hour, then rinse gently with cold water. Pierce mozzarella and cherry tomato on skewers. Add carrot beak and sesame eyes.
How to make hens out of hard boiled eggs
Use a paring knife to cut a pointed crown. Then make little slivers for the beaks. Slice yellow and red grape tomatoes in half for eggs.
