Do You Have a Question?

Research can sometimes seem complicated, but actually it is about one simple need: the need to answer questions.

Image of man with a question

Every day, in the work emergency dispatchers do, questions come up about how to serve our communities best:

  • How can I better identify which events are truly time-critical?
  • How can we best allocate responders and other resources?
  • How can my working environment be as healthy as possible?
  • How can training better retain quality emergency dispatchers?
  • How can protocols be revised to get the right information and provide the best, clearest instructions?

Do you have a question from the work you do every day?

Stop. Survey Time.

Don't forget to answer the question below to continue being eligible to win a $25 Amazon gift card at the end of the month.
