Ok…It’s official! It is December 1st and the “official” countdown to Christmas has begun! In honor of this joyous occasion, I wanted to create a digital piece of holiday love for all of my fab friends and fans (; So I was also poking around the blogosphere and saw a this ADORABLE glittery tree DIY over at eighteen 25 via my party friend Kim of The Celebration Shoppe. I knew that this would put the final touches on my holiday decor, so I had to try it!! Prior to attempting the fun project…adorning my mantle were two tinsel-y trees and some framed holiday prints. These glittery trees are a MUCH better option!! My trees are not quite complete yet (still need some more glitter) but in order to showcase the art I thought they would make a great prop against it.
Here are my “almost complete” trees (;
Here is what the art print looks like….and of course there was inspiration….
Ah…the inspiration! I purchased these pillows from Target last year.
Here is another project I have been working on….some holiday signs. I printed these out on matte photo paper. I am going to mount the on foam board and hang them with ribbon to finish off my holiday look. I promise to post the completed pics!!
Alrighty!!! Here is the link to download your FREE 8.5×11 or 11×14 holiday print AND the link to make your own glittery trees!!
***I recommend printing this on Matte Photo Paper***
If you opt for the 11×14 size…Costco can do oversized poster prints!!
ENJOY!!
A-D-O-R-A-B-L-E!!!!!! Love it!!!! You are so talented!!! XOXO
I love the print. I’m using a lot of these colors this year. I’m glad to hear others find inspiration in textiles. I find a lot of mine there too.
Thanks! I love it!! This is the first year I am actually going to decorate more than the tree, so this print will be great!!!
Thanks for the print- love it! Happy Holidays!
