Horrible customer relations and wasted so much of our time. Annoyed when I first called and they told me that their Brodie office no longer is open, even though their website says it is, as of today, and so does the email I received from them on Aug 27th signed from R*g**r T*ll**, their RDA Clinical Director/ Office Manager Austin Dental Implant Center.

Then after waiting weeks to get a consult at the North Lamar location and deciding to proceed with the extraction and implant, I call to schedule and they THEN tell me they only are at the North Lamar location TWO FRIDAYS A MONTH!! And can't get my disabled father in until NOVEMBER. Why weren't we informed of this during our consult the DAY BEFORE??? So, sadly, having no choice I make his appt waaaaay out in November.

I just got a call and they tell me that the Dr. D** H*****claw no longer wants to go to the North Lamar location and if we want to proceed we will need to visit their ROUND ROCK location. Considering my father lives in Bastrop and I have to drive him and my 3 year old to ALL appts I was less than thrilled about the North Lamar location. Round Rock is way too far to commute multiple times considering my fathers health and needs.

I chose this place because of their advertised BRODIE location, And now that we've waited MONTHS to get my father's broken tooth removed and the implant process started they decide to only work out of the RR location. CLEARLY their business is slow and not doing well so they are down sizing....must say something about them and their quality of work. Something not good.

I relocated from San Francisco to Austin. In SF, I had over 7 gum grafting procedures. My front four teeth have been grafted twice without success. I saw the symptoms and I knew it was time for another round gum grafting. I asked my dentist for a referral, Dr. Holtzclaw.

Dr. H explained why my previous gum grafting failed and generally why I needed gum grafting. He explained how he was going to do a different type of graft. Additionally, Dr. H made a retainer to protect my palate where the graft was taken.

The procedure itself was efficient and smooth. The staff was kind and available for any questions. There were options for sedation. Dr. H worked with my need for different types of pain medicines. Dr. H's pricing was EXTREMELY fair.

I can see the difference between my SF grafting and Dr. H's grafting; his grafting is thicker and more luscious. I have complete confidence Dr. H's graft will stay. Additionally, the retainer was a game changer! With the retainer, I bled less and my palate healed much, much faster. Overall, I was much more comfortable and had much less pain.

I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Dr. Holtzclaw.

Accident put me in a position to need to hire the best periodontist for implant surgery. I researched over 15+ in Austin and the surrounding area. Nobody could hold a candle to Holtzclaw.
