New Offerings at Raven's Call Healing Center!
Lori received her certification in Lymphatic Drainage and is now offering this service to all her clients. Lymphatic drainage involves a very light touch, feathering and pumping the lymph nodes and moving the lympathic system around. Because the lymphatic system finds and destroys items in the tissues that threaten overall health and function, it is integral to supporting a healthy immune system. Even simple strokes on the limbs toward the heart can help reduce swelling after an injury, fend off infection, or fight the common cold or flu. Lymphatic drainage has also been proven to reduce the buildup of fluids in the body, support the immune system; and improve sleep for those with chronic fatigue syndrome. In other exciting news, Lori now provides and sells the Relax FIR Sauna, a portable infrared sauna. Clients can sit in a self-contained sauna for 15 minutes to discharge toxins from the body (especially heavy metals). Other health benefits include anti-aging, weight loss, experiencing deep relaxation, improving blood circulation and energizing the body.
